OPHS String Orchestra

  1. Title 1
  2. Title 2

From absolute beginners to advanced string players,  the orchestra program has nearly doubled since the birth of the Orchestra program in 2016.  Musicians perform at school concerts, play as part of the pit orchestra in school musicals, and enjoy learning from master classes from various teachers.  The advanced students have numerous opportunities to play in additional performances, such as Fall of 2017’s “Music at the Movies” Concert, as well as perform rigorous chamber music.
Special thanks to our conductor Mr. Borquez and our coach Ms. Valerie for their endless enthusiasm and commitment to our Strings family!
